Calvin Klein seeks a part-time Floor Supervisor to lead sales floor operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences at its Nashville retail location. The successful candidate will drive daily sales goals, guide and mentor associates, manage store opening and closing procedures, and uphold the brand's minimalist aesthetic through visual merchandising and product knowledge. This leadership role combines direct customer engagement with operational excellence and team development under the Store Manager's guidance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions with genuine engagement, sparking conversation to inspire sales and build brand affinity
- Open and close the store as key holder, ensuring security and operational readiness
- Coach associates in real-time, driving sales performance and maintaining brand standards
- Execute visual merchandising, processing, restocking, and remerchandising in alignment with brand vision
- Support the management team in delivering exceptional store experience and meeting sales objectives
- Maintain brand knowledge and ambassadorial presence on the sales floor
- Manage behind-the-scenes operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve issues in the moment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Capacity to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
