Calvin Klein seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead retail sales operations at the Marysville, WA location. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving daily sales performance, coaching associates, and managing store operations under the Store Manager's direction. This full-time role requires previous team leadership and key holder experience, along with proficiency in visual merchandising and brand standard execution.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging customer interactions that inspire sales and foster brand connection
• Open and close the store, manage store keys, and drive daily sales performance
• Coach and supervise retail associates in real-time to optimize floor operations
• Execute visual merchandising, restocking, and processing in alignment with Calvin Klein's brand vision
• Support Store Manager in delivering an exceptional, inclusive store experience
• Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with visual guidelines

Qualifications

• Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
• Proven ability to resolve issues independently and lead by example
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
• Demonstrated passion for retail and brand representation

Experience

Prior retail team leader and key holder experience required. Demonstrated success in managing store operations, coaching associates, and driving sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.13 to USD 25.44 per hour.
