Floor Supervisor role at Calvin Klein's Livermore retail location, responsible for leading the sales floor and delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with the brand's minimalist aesthetic. The position involves driving daily sales goals, coaching team members, managing opening and closing duties, and maintaining brand standards while supporting store operations under Store Manager guidance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions with genuine welcomes and brand-focused conversations to inspire sales and build customer loyalty
• Serve as key holder and leader on duty, managing store opening and closing procedures
• Drive daily sales performance and coach associates in real-time on sales techniques and brand storytelling
• Maintain visual merchandising standards through processing, restocking and remerchandising aligned with brand vision
• Support Store Manager in delivering exceptional store operations and team environment
• Embody brand values and serve as ambassador for Calvin Klein's minimalist and sensual aesthetic

Qualifications

• Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
• Capacity to carry up to 20 pounds regularly
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Confidence in leading by example and resolving operational issues

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; specific luxury retail or fashion background valued.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.90 to USD 25.15 per hour.
