A Floor Supervisor leads sales floor operations at a Calvin Klein retail location, delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising excellence. The role requires driving daily sales goals, coaching retail associates, managing store opening and closing procedures, and fostering an inclusive team environment under Store Manager guidance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions with genuine brand enthusiasm, sparking conversation and building lasting brand connections
- Open and close the store as key holder, taking ownership of daily operational procedures
- Drive daily sales performance targets and coach associates in real-time to exceed goals
- Manage visual merchandising, inventory processing, restocking and remerchandising aligned with brand vision
- Support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional retail experiences and upholding Calvin Klein brand standards
- Create a motivating, inclusive and collaborative team environment
- Perform visual assessments and maintain store presentation to reflect minimalist brand aesthetic
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
- Proven ability to lead by example and resolve operational issues independently
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
- Capacity to carry up to 20 pounds regularly

Compensation
