Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions with genuine brand engagement and drive sales through authentic storytelling about Calvin Klein's fashion vision
- Perform key-holder duties including opening and closing store procedures, cash handling, and security responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales associates in real-time, providing feedback and supporting daily operational excellence
- Execute visual merchandising, restocking, and remerchandising activities in accordance with brand standards and store layout guidelines

Qualifications

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holiday schedules as required

Prior retail team leadership and key-holder experience with demonstrated success in driving sales performance, managing store operations, and mentoring associates in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training or certification is advantageous.
