Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and energize customer interactions while building brand connection through genuine engagement and consultative conversation
- Open and close the store as key holder, ensuring security and operational protocols are maintained
- Drive daily sales performance targets and coach associates in real-time on sales techniques and customer service
- Manage visual merchandising, restocking, and remerchandising activities in alignment with brand vision and store standards

Qualifications

- Strong visual merchandising sensibility and understanding of retail presentation standards
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
Skills
Experience
Prior experience as a retail team leader or supervisor, including key holder responsibilities. Demonstrated success in a fast-paced luxury or contemporary retail environment with proven ability to drive sales and manage team performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or retail certifications preferred.
