- Motivate and inspire associates to achieve sales goals while upholding brand standards; contribute to recruitment and onboarding efforts
- Assist with scheduling to support payroll strategies and budget management

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts
- Willingness to travel as requested
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods
- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds regularly

Experience
Minimum 2 years of progressive retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or lead capacity within a brand-focused retail environment. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage inventory operations, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
Education
