Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions with genuine engagement, inspiring sales and deepening brand connection through product knowledge and consultative selling
- Take ownership of store opening and closing procedures, including till reconciliation, security protocols, and inventory verification
- Coach and support sales associates in real-time, providing constructive feedback and driving performance toward daily sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards through restocking, remerchandising, and processing inventory in alignment with brand vision
- Support store management in delivering consistent, exceptional store experience and upholding Calvin Klein brand standards
- Embody brand values and demonstrate commitment to inclusion, teamwork, and professional conduct at all times
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leadership or key holder experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve operational issues independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
- Proficiency in retail management systems and point-of-sale technology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Prior retail team leader and key holder experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of leading sales teams, managing daily operations, and delivering measurable sales results in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
