Calvin Klein seeks an experienced Floor Supervisor to lead the sales floor and drive exceptional customer experiences in alignment with the brand's minimalist aesthetic and values. The role combines hands-on leadership—including opening and closing duties, real-time coaching, and visual merchandising—with responsibility for achieving daily sales goals and maintaining brand standards. This position requires a confident retail leader capable of fostering an inclusive team environment while managing behind-the-scenes operations under the guidance of the Store Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions with genuine engagement, sparking conversation that drives sales and builds lasting brand connection
• Perform key holder duties including opening and closing the store, driving sales performance, and managing daily operations
• Coach and support retail associates in real-time to ensure consistent delivery of the brand experience
• Execute visual merchandising, processing, restocking, and remerchandising activities aligned with brand vision
• Maintain Calvin Klein brand standards and visuals throughout the sales floor
• Contribute to overall store business success and uphold operational excellence under Store Manager guidance
• Model brand pride, commitment, and values of uniqueness, inclusion, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
• Confidence in leading by example and resolving issues in the moment
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Capacity to carry up to 20 pounds regularly
• Friendly demeanor with genuine passion for customer service

Prior retail team leader and key holder experience required; demonstrated success in supervising associates and driving sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or leadership training is a plus.
