Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach retail associates in real-time, fostering a motivating and inclusive team environment
- Drive daily sales goals and monitor floor performance metrics

Qualifications
- Proven retail team leader and key holder experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve operational issues
- Enthusiasm for fashion and alignment with Calvin Klein's minimalist brand vision
