Calvin Klein seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead daily retail operations and customer engagement on the sales floor. The successful candidate will supervise associates, drive sales performance, manage opening and closing procedures, and maintain brand visual standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand's minimalist aesthetic. This part-time position reports to the Store Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach retail associates in real-time, fostering a motivating and inclusive team environment
- Drive daily sales goals and monitor floor performance metrics
- Serve as key holder, opening and closing the store with accountability for security and cash handling
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging clients with product knowledge and building brand loyalty
- Maintain and execute visual merchandising standards, including restocking and remerchandising in alignment with brand guidelines
- Support store operations under the direction of the Store Manager, addressing immediate issues and operational needs
- Model brand ambassador qualities, radiating passion, commitment and pride in Calvin Klein's aesthetic and values
Qualifications
- Proven retail team leader and key holder experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve operational issues
- Enthusiasm for fashion and alignment with Calvin Klein's minimalist brand vision

Prior retail team leader and key holder experience required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
