Calvin Klein seeks an experienced Floor Supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences at the Clinton, Connecticut retail location. This role combines customer-facing brand ambassadorship with operational leadership, including key-holder responsibilities, sales performance management, team coaching, visual merchandising execution, and adherence to Calvin Klein's minimalist aesthetic and brand standards. The successful candidate will drive sales goals, foster an inclusive team environment, and support store management in maintaining operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions with genuine brand enthusiasm, creating memorable experiences that inspire sales and deepen brand connection
- Perform key-holder duties including opening and closing store operations, managing security protocols, and ensuring compliance with store procedures
- Drive daily sales performance and coach associates in real-time to optimize sales outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Execute visual merchandising and remerchandising initiatives aligned with Calvin Klein's brand vision and design aesthetic
- Support store management team in maintaining exceptional store presentation, inventory management, and operational efficiency
- Embody and communicate Calvin Klein's brand values, fostering an inclusive and motivating team environment
- Process stock, perform restocking duties, and maintain visual standards throughout the sales floor
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key-holder experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve operational issues independently
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities

- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for extended periods
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
