Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions and drive sales on the retail floor by showcasing the Calvin Klein brand narrative with genuine enthusiasm and expert product knowledge
- Assume key holder responsibilities including opening and closing store operations, managing opening and closing procedures, and maintaining store security protocols
- Coach and support retail associates in real-time to achieve daily sales goals, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute remerchandising tasks aligned with the brand's minimalist aesthetic and seasonal directives
- Drive operational excellence by managing inventory processing, restocking, and store organization to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
