Calvin Klein seeks a full-time Floor Supervisor in Chandler, Arizona, to lead the sales floor, deliver brand-aligned customer experiences, drive sales, coach associates, open and close the store, and support visual standards and daily operations. The role requires prior retail team leader and key holder experience, and availability for nights, weekends and holidays; flexible scheduling is offered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with Calvin Klein’s brand point of view, welcoming customers and initiating conversations that inspire sales and build brand connection.
- Open and close the store as key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
- Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Represent Calvin Klein’s fashion and brand to customers.
- Process, restock and remerchandise products in alignment with the brand’s visual standards.
- Support daily store operations and contribute to a motivating, inclusive team environment.
- Resolve issues in the moment and help maintain smooth store operations.
