Calvin Klein seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead the sales floor and deliver exceptional customer experiences that embody the brand's minimalist aesthetic. The successful candidate will drive daily sales goals, support store operations, coach retail associates, and maintain visual merchandising standards while acting as key holder for opening and closing duties.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales floor operations and drive sales performance toward established targets
- Welcome and engage customers with genuine brand enthusiasm, inspiring purchases and building brand loyalty
- Open and close the store as key holder, maintaining security protocols and operational readiness
- Coach and support retail associates in real-time, modeling exemplary customer service and brand representation

Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience

Experience

Education
