Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales operations and drive performance goals on the retail floor
- Open and close the store with key holder responsibilities and ensure secure operations
- Coach and support retail associates in real-time to enhance customer interactions and team performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers authentically and building brand connection through product knowledge
- Process inventory, restock merchandise, and execute visual remerchandising in alignment with Calvin Klein brand vision
- Resolve customer and operational issues in the moment while maintaining brand standards
- Support store management team in delivering a motivating and inclusive team environment
- Maintain Calvin Klein's minimalist aesthetic and visual merchandising standards throughout the sales floor
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience required
- Demonstrated confidence in leading by example and supporting daily store operations
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
- Capacity to carry up to 20 pounds regularly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in customer engagement and brand representation

Education
