Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve highest standards of customer service, sales, and profitability
- Support the management team in overseeing all personnel, product, merchandising functions, business processes and store results
- Communicate daily with staff regarding individual sales goals, key performance indicators, store results, product sales and other performance drivers
- Conduct one-minute performance reviews at shift end; summarise results, provide constructive feedback and recognition
- Execute and model company-established best practices in customer service, store operations, loss prevention and point of sale
- Achieve personal sales targets and company standards for sales versus budget, sales per hour and units per transaction
- Monitor competitive landscape and community information; report relevant insights to Store Manager
- Emphasise importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers
- Manage customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Analyse store-level reports and develop action plans to improve performance
- Communicate daily with Store Manager regarding operational issues and priorities
- Perform manager-on-duty functions including store opening and closing procedures

- Previous supervisory or specialist experience within premium or luxury retail brands
- Proven people management experience with ability to resolve conflict and disagreement constructively
- Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships
