Calvin Klein seeks an entrepreneurial Floor Manager for its outlet location in Metzingen, Germany. The successful candidate will support store leadership in driving sales performance, representing the premium lifestyle brand with authenticity and passion whilst motivating the sales team through positive engagement. Responsibilities encompass competent product consultation, sales floor analytics, customer relationship management, omnichannel system operations, and collaboration with visual merchandising teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager in daily operations and performance management
- Represent Calvin Klein as a brand ambassador and uphold premium lifestyle positioning
- Execute competent sales of collections and drive individual floor performance targets
- Monitor and analyse floor sales metrics, promotions, and turnover regularly
- Develop and nurture relationships with both established and new customers
- Lead sales team members independently and collaboratively within assigned floor section
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team on product presentation and store displays
- Operate omnichannel retail systems and point-of-sale terminals
- Process customer complaints and handle cash register operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in textiles retail or luxury goods retail strongly preferred
- Demonstrated sales acumen and passion for driving revenue
- Motivating, confident personality with strong interpersonal and social skills
- Team-oriented mindset with hands-on work ethic
- Fluent English communication skills
