Role & Responsibilities

• Lead by example in welcoming and advising customers, and coach the team in active customer engagement.
• Manage replenishment and ensure optimal product availability on the sales floor.
• Develop the team’s product knowledge and product storytelling.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate deliveries, replenishment, pricing and visual execution, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention and inventory control requirements.
• Support staff scheduling and work with management to keep within allocated labor budgets.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and discuss them with management.
• Motivate the team to achieve shared goals and uphold brand standards.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members and foster a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Model professionalism, collaboration and continuous development.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in retail.
• Availability to accommodate the varying demands of store operations.
• Ability to coach team members clearly, respectfully and in a motivating manner.
• Strong operational knowledge of deliveries and replenishment.
• Careful, reliable working style and strong attention to detail.
• Clear, positive communication that contributes to team motivation.
• Adaptability and initiative to continuously improve daily operations.
