The Floor Manager leads customer service and team coaching at Calvin Klein’s B5 Outlet in Berlin, while overseeing sales-floor operations, product availability, visual execution, and brand standards. The role is full-time and includes supporting staff scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example in welcoming and advising customers, and coach the team in active customer engagement.
- Manage replenishment and ensure optimal product availability on the sales floor.
- Promote strong product knowledge and product storytelling within the team.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate merchandise deliveries, replenishment, pricing, and visual execution while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention and inventory control requirements.
- Support staff scheduling and work with management to ensure labor cost budgets are observed.
