Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Go-To-Market planning across seasonal and fiscal calendars, developing frameworks, workflows, and accountability measures across leadership and teams at each project stage
  • Define and evolve scalable project methodologies that meet evolving business needs, enabling organizational adoption through training and systematic process refinement
  • Govern implementation, optimization, and adoption of project management tools and platforms (Wrike, Asana, Smartsheet) to support operational planning, workflow visibility, and executive dashboards
  • Partner with executive leadership to contribute strategic operational insights, reporting, and recommendations to guide CMO decision-making
  • Facilitate senior-level cross-functional planning sessions and forums, aligning stakeholders on priorities and action plans
  • Own cross-functional coordination, timeline planning, and asset development for Calvin Klein's Licensee business in partnership with dedicated Licensed Marketing teams
  • Oversee execution and delivery across active project portfolios, managing dependencies, removing roadblocks, and ensuring weekly milestone achievement
  • Implement digital-first systems and tools for project efficiency, enabling greater transparency, agility, and accountability
  • Translate strategic priorities into structured, actionable plans aligned with brand and organizational goals
  • Proactively surface risks, streamline decision-making, and mitigate issues to protect timelines, budgets, and creative integrity across global 360 campaigns
  • Serve as trusted marketing liaison across product, legal, finance, visual merchandising, supply chain, operations, and regional teams, fostering accountability in a global matrixed environment
  • Build strong relationships across all organizational levels and regions, tailoring communication to creative, operational, and leadership teams
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of global project managers, cultivating accountability, adaptability, and performance excellence
  • Support professional development through mentorship, goal setting, and feedback in a high-performance environment
  • Oversee internal and freelance resource planning to balance capacity with delivery expectations

Qualifications

  • 8-9+ years of experience in marketing operations, program/project management, or account management in creative-driven, fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with creative teams supporting concept-to-delivery workflows across brand, content, and production functions
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in complex, matrixed organizations with confidence and emotional intelligence to navigate senior stakeholders and high-pressure environments
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full go-to-market lifecycle from product development through content creation and global marketing activation
  • Experience working in or supporting a large, global fashion or lifestyle brand
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience
  • Skilled at managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with shifting priorities, competing timelines, and multiple stakeholders across regions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to distill complexity, guide cross-functional conversations, and present effectively at the executive level
