Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with Design for seasonal development and new product launches
- Work with Design to initiate and track flash cost requests; maintain comprehensive cost request tracking logs
- Create and manage technical packages in PLM system, including bill of material, model, and packaging BOM
- Lead initiatives supporting tech pack accuracy to advance data-driven product development systems
- Initiate all sample requests and manage sample tracking throughout the development process
- Produce line sheets with imagery in Visulon for line adoption and finalization milestone meetings
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for production of selling tools including swatch cards and references
- Partner with Raw Materials, Quality Assurance, and Technical teams to ensure seasonal risk assessments are complete
- Facilitate and participate in seasonal product reviews to evaluate sample execution against tech pack requirements
- Oversee late addition processes and manage line adoption and finalization meetings
- Attend fit sessions and prepare block and detail requests based on review outcomes
- Initiate and track style development from concept through production, ensuring all approvals meet calendar deadlines
- Manage all daily communication with overseas offices to maintain alignment and address concerns
- Drive adherence to the product development calendar across all functional areas
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal partners to execute cross-functional collaboration and synergy
