Calvin Klein Deputy Store Operations Manager role in Orio al Serio, overseeing stock, visual merchandising, back office and omnichannel operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure store performance and optimal organization by managing Back Office, Visual Merchandising, stock and omnichannel activities.
- Collaborate with In-Store Visual on effective display fittings and report on the impact of visual criteria on sales.
- Assist the Store Manager in setting and monitoring quantitative and qualitative team objectives.
- Allocate duties among Stock, Back Office and VM Specialists in coordination with other Team Managers.
- Hold regular one-to-one meetings with the team and ensure appropriate onboarding for new hires.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and support the Store Manager in team recruitment and development.
- Cascade company content to the team through morning briefings.
- Coordinate Stock and Back Office teams to ensure optimal stock availability and assortment.
- Implement measures to safeguard products on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Conduct regular stock checks and promptly share stock information with the team.
- Maximize sales through analytical merchandise management, use reports for trend analysis, and hold daily meetings to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a structured environment.
- Experience with RFID systems.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organization and collaboration skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized in work.
- High proficiency in the local language and strong oral and written English communication skills.
