PVH seeks a Deputy Store Manager for its Calvin Klein outlet location in Ingolstadt, Germany. The successful candidate will support and represent the Store Manager, lead and develop the sales team, manage omni-channel operations, oversee inventory and merchandising, and drive customer engagement and sales performance. This role requires entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a passion for premium lifestyle retail excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support and deputize for the Store Manager in all operational matters
  • Represent the Calvin Klein brand as a brand ambassador, embodying premium lifestyle values
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop team members; drive onboarding and succession planning
  • Oversee all store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and floor planning
  • Manage omni-channel systems and ensure seamless integration across all customer touchpoints
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with existing and new customers
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Retail Operations, Retail Buying, and Visual Merchandising
  • Ensure efficient merchandise management and active floor control
