Reporting to the Store Manager, the Deputy Store Manager, Customer Experience and Sales supports store performance and client experience by managing, training, and coaching the sales team. The role oversees selling standards, customer service, CRM targets, recruitment support, and KPI-led sales improvement. Full-time role, based on 40 hours per week for the stated salary range.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive selling environment by overseeing the sales process and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Set daily customer-service goals to enhance the overall experience, emphasizing responsiveness and satisfaction.
- Train and coach the team on standards, including customer service, product placement, and efficient time management.
- Assist with setting and verifying goals to align the team with quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- Support recruitment and onboarding, ensuring new hires are appropriately introduced to the team and company culture.
- Provide ongoing feedback to support professional development and address performance concerns.
- Conduct regular briefings and training sessions on products, customer relationship management (CRM), and company updates.
- Oversee CRM activities to achieve customer retention, upgrading, and prospect-conversion targets.
- Collaborate with other teams to allocate duties effectively and ensure seamless store operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using company reports to analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend actions based on sales-performance analysis.

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a structured environment.
