PVH seeks a Deputy Store Manager for its Calvin Klein Outlet location in Alpenrhein to support store leadership, represent the premium lifestyle brand, motivate the sales team, and drive omni-channel operations. The successful candidate will manage store personnel development, oversee merchandising and KPI performance, and maintain customer relationships in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support and deputize for the Store Manager across all operational matters
- Represent the Calvin Klein premium lifestyle brand as an ambassador to customers and staff
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members; support recruitment and onboarding of new talent
- Oversee store operational tasks and maintain visibility across all retail functions
- Manage omni-channel systems and ensure effective integration across channels
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Execute efficient merchandise management and active floor control strategies
- Collaborate with Retail Operations, Retail Buying, and Visual Merchandising departments on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in textile retail management or equivalent
- Confident, motivating personality with strong interpersonal skills
- High level of social competence and emotional intelligence
- Team player with hands-on mentality and collaborative approach
- Analytical capability to interpret and act on KPI data
- Strong sales orientation and demonstrated organizational excellence
- Proficient English language and PC skills

Relevant experience in textile retail or fashion-focused store management; demonstrated track record in team leadership and sales performance.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail management certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
