Role & Responsibilities
- Support and deputize for the Store Manager across all operational matters
- Represent the Calvin Klein premium lifestyle brand as an ambassador to customers and staff
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members; support recruitment and onboarding of new talent
- Oversee store operational tasks and maintain visibility across all retail functions
- Manage omni-channel systems and ensure effective integration across channels
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Execute efficient merchandise management and active floor control strategies
- Collaborate with Retail Operations, Retail Buying, and Visual Merchandising departments on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in textile retail management or equivalent

- High level of social competence and emotional intelligence

- Analytical capability to interpret and act on KPI data
