Calvin Klein Deputy Manager Customer Experience & Sales

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the selling process and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring a positive retail environment
• Set and communicate daily customer service goals to enhance overall experience and prioritize responsiveness and satisfaction
• Train and coach the sales team on service standards, product placement, visual merchandising, and efficient time management
• Assist in goal setting and verification to ensure team alignment with both quantitative and qualitative business objectives
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes, introducing new hires to company culture and operational procedures
• Provide continuous, constructive feedback to team members, fostering professional development and addressing performance concerns
• Conduct regular briefings and training sessions on products, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and company updates
• Oversee CRM activities and customer engagement initiatives to achieve retention, upgrading, and prospect conversion targets
• Collaborate with other store departments to allocate duties effectively and ensure seamless operational flow
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and present recommendations for action based on sales performance analysis and market insights

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or assistant management role within a structured retail or hospitality environment
• Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking ability
• Ability to adopt a holistic, 'big picture' perspective when evaluating situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal collaboration skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities
• Fluent in Italian and conversational English

Skills

Experience

1–2 years of professional experience in a similar deputy manager or assistant manager position within a structured retail environment, demonstrating proven ability to support store operations, lead sales teams, and deliver consistent customer experience improvements.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further formal qualification in business, retail management, or hospitality is advantageous but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 29,000 to EUR 38,000 per annum.
