Calvin Klein is hiring a Deputy Customer Experience and Sales Manager for its outlet in Barberino di Mugello to lead customer experience, coach the sales team, support store operations and drive sales and KPI performance. The position is full-time, based on a 40-hour workweek for the stated salary range.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversees the in-store customer experience and ensures the sales ceremony is prepared and consistently delivered by the team.
  • Supervises customer-service standards at every level, setting daily objectives and expectations to foster a positive store environment.
  • Listens to customer feedback and shares relevant insights with the Store Manager and head office.
  • Manages sensitive situations, including returns, end-of-season matters, customer refunds, repairs and complaints.
  • Maintains a strong sales-floor presence, training and coaching the store team on customer service, standards, product placement and time management.
  • Trains the team to identify every opportunity to engage customers and convert it into a sale, while monitoring store sales performance.
  • Supports the Store Manager in setting quantitative and qualitative targets and monitoring their achievement.
  • Acts as a sales-floor trainer, providing staff with ongoing performance feedback.
  • Conducts regular one-to-one meetings with team members under their coordination.
  • Supports the Store Manager in selecting, motivating, developing and leading the store team.
  • Ensures new hires are properly onboarded.
  • Ensures company information is shared regularly and effectively through morning briefings, product and CRM training, and engaging updates to the store noticeboard.
  • Ensures CRM activities are executed effectively to meet customer loyalty, upgrading and prospect conversion targets.
  • Delivers omnichannel sales service, including OIS.
  • Works with the Store Manager/Director and other Team Managers, where present, to allocate tasks and responsibilities to Sales Associates.
  • Drives continuous improvement in assigned performance KPIs.
  • Uses company reports to analyse trends and provide the Store Manager with operational recommendations.
  • Leads productive daily meetings to ensure targets are achieved.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a structured organisation.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to take a broad view of situations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of the local language and English.
