Calvin Klein seeks a Client Advisor to deliver expert styling guidance and customer service at its Modlniczka Factory Outlet location in Kraków. The successful candidate will represent the brand with professionalism, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales through knowledgeable product consultation, visual merchandising standards, and omnichannel service excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide expert product consultation and styling advice to clients across the Calvin Klein collection
• Represent the brand authentically and inspire clients and colleagues through positive engagement
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying new customer opportunities
• Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain salon aesthetic
• Process point-of-sale transactions using fiscal registers
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with team members to meet sales targets

• Demonstrated experience in retail sales and professional customer service
• Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Active interest in fashion and lifestyle trends
• Sales technique expertise and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to establish rapport and build client relationships
• Flexibility to work shift schedules including weekends

Skills

Experience

Professional experience in retail sales and individual customer service is preferred. Prior exposure to luxury or fashion retail environments is advantageous.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; fashion or retail qualification is advantageous but not required.
