The role covers styling advice, client relationship building, sales, visual merchandising, complaint handling and cash-register operation; the position is offered under an employment contract, with base pay and commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable clothing and styling advice.
- Represent the brand as an ambassador.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and acquire new clients.
- Carry out tasks independently.
- Present merchandise and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Maintain the store’s appearance and aesthetic standards.
- Operate the cash register.
