Calvin Klein seeks an experienced Center Manager to lead retail operations across multiple store locations, driving exceptional consumer experiences and top-line sales performance. The role encompasses strategic business analysis, comprehensive talent recruitment and development, financial management, and brand standard execution. The successful candidate will oversee payroll and scheduling strategies, conduct loss prevention training, manage inventory controls, and mentor store teams to achieve organizational objectives while maintaining alignment with brand values.

  • Conduct strategic business analysis and planning; communicate opportunities and performance metrics to senior leadership
  • Oversee center merchandising execution, analyze sales trends, and make data-driven merchandising decisions that align with brand standards
  • Recruit top talent, evaluate current performance, and manage succession planning to build best-in-class teams
  • Motivate and inspire store teams to achieve sales goals and uphold brand standards; recognize outstanding performance and maintain focus on team development
  • Provide real-time coaching to store team members on customer engagement and brand service standards
  • Direct payroll and scheduling strategies in alignment with budgets; oversee financials including expenses and inventory management
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and loss prevention protocols; coach teams to maintain awareness and report concerns
  • Assess market trends and opportunities within the center; implement strategies that connect center goals to larger business objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of higher-volume retail store management or multi-unit management experience
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts; some travel may be requested
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
