Calvin Klein seeks a Sales Associate for its Roermond outlet location to deliver exceptional customer service and drive retail performance. The role involves acting as a brand ambassador with deep product knowledge, building professional relationships with customers, assembling outfits with tailored recommendations, and driving store KPIs through excellent service delivery. The Sales Associate serves as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation, and organization meet brand standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attentive engagement
• Serve as first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and act as a brand ambassador for Calvin Klein
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Create complete outfit solutions and make targeted product recommendations based on customer needs
• Assess customer needs and provide assistance and detailed information on product features
• Drive store KPIs and suggest measurable improvements to performance
• Maintain shop and stockroom organization, presentation, and cleanliness to brand standards

Qualifications

• Previous track record in hospitality or retail environment
• Effective communication skills with ability to build relationships with ease

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in retail or hospitality is required. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering customer-centric service and meeting performance targets in fast-paced retail environments.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent is expected. Specific certifications in customer service or retail management are advantageous but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 16.06 per hour.
