Calvin Klein seeks a Sales Associate for its Roermond outlet location to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the brand's exacting retail standards. The successful candidate will serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge whilst building lasting customer relationships, styling outfits, and driving store KPIs. The role demands an energetic, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, approaches challenges with initiative, and remains committed to the brand's progressive values and customer-centric mission.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and responsive problem-solving
• Serve as first point of contact for authorising discounts and resolving customer queries
• Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and brand values
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Provide outfit styling and product recommendations tailored to individual customer needs
• Assess customer requirements and deliver detailed assistance on product features and benefits
• Drive store KPIs and proactively suggest operational improvements
• Maintain shop and stockroom organisation, presentation and cleanliness to brand standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or retail environments
• Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships easily
• Team player mindset with recognition for others' contributions and achievements
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work with pace in a dynamic environment
• Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 16.06 per hour.
