Calvin Klein seeks a part-time Sales Associate for its Hamburg Europapassage store to represent the premium lifestyle brand and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess retail experience in fashion, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while collaborating seamlessly with the visual merchandising and sales teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Calvin Klein brand with professionalism and authenticity as a brand ambassador
- Drive competent sales of seasonal and core collections through consultative advisory
- Cultivate and grow customer relationships with both new and returning clientele
- Operate independently within the sales team whilst maintaining collaborative standards
- Partner with the visual merchandising team in product presentation and store displays
- Manage omni-channel systems and digital tools for transactions and customer data
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and process customer inquiries and complaints
Qualifications
