Calvin Klein seeks an Associate Store Manager to lead retail operations and deliver an elevated customer experience at its Sunrise, Florida location. In this key leadership role, the candidate will oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, mentor team members, and uphold the brand's minimalist aesthetic and visual standards. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Associate Store Manager will serve as key holder, act as the operating leader when the Store Manager is absent, and contribute to long-term initiatives aimed at enhancing team development and store profitability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and energize customer interactions by welcoming guests and sparking conversations that inspire sales and build brand loyalty
- Operate as key holder and acting manager during Store Manager absence, managing opening and closing procedures, daily operations, and real-time problem resolution
- Coach team members in the moment, demonstrating sales techniques, brand knowledge, and service excellence to foster a high-performing and inclusive culture
- Process merchandise, restock inventory, and execute visual remerchandising to align with Calvin Klein's brand guidelines and aesthetic vision
- Drive daily and long-term sales goals through strategic execution of business plans and performance coaching
- Maintain Calvin Klein brand standards across all customer touchpoints, store appearance, and team conduct
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives in partnership with the Store Manager
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a senior retail leadership position, such as Assistant Manager or equivalent
- Demonstrated key holder responsibilities and proven team development capabilities
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example, think strategically, and resolve complex operational issues in real-time
- Enthusiasm for the Calvin Klein brand and commitment to inclusivity and diversity
