Lead retail operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences at a Calvin Klein boutique. This Assistant Store Manager role requires overseeing day-to-day store performance, coaching associates, executing brand standards, and supporting the Store Manager in driving sales goals and maintaining a motivated, high-functioning team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions with genuine engagement, inspiring sales and building brand connection through personalized consultations
- Execute opening and closing procedures, manage daily operational performance, and maintain alignment with Calvin Klein's visual merchandising standards
- Coach and develop retail associates, fostering a motivating and inclusive team environment while resolving issues proactively
- Process, restock, and remerchandise merchandise in adherence to brand vision and visual guidelines

Qualifications
