Calvin Klein seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its Oslo Vestby Outlet location to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing store teams, maintaining visual merchandising standards, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting recruitment and staff development initiatives. The successful candidate will partner with store management to achieve business objectives while ensuring first-class in-store experiences and upholding brand integrity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store teams to generate sales, profit, minimize losses, and create exceptional customer experiences whilst ensuring visual distinctiveness and impeccable maintenance
- Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through internal collaboration
- Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication between VM and store operations
- Partner with store management to identify business opportunities and achieve company standards
- Focus staff on quality customer relationships and accountability in building repeat customer base
- Conduct daily and weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, service levels, and inventory
- Communicate sales drivers and priorities to the Store Manager and develop weekly visual presentation action plans
- Analyze store-level reports and create action plans to improve results
- Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Support bench strength development for key positions including possible successors
- Participate in weekly management and staff meetings
- Communicate store and individual sales goals, performance expectations, and results guidance
- Achieve exemplary mystery shop results and deliver outstanding customer journeys

- Previous supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
- Demonstrated people management experience
