Calvin Klein seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its Oslo Vestby Outlet in Norway. Full-time fixed-term maternity cover position leading retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store teams to generate sales, profit, minimize losses, and create exceptional customer experiences whilst ensuring visual distinctiveness and impeccable maintenance
- Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through internal collaboration
- Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication between VM and store operations
- Partner with store management to identify business opportunities and achieve company standards
- Focus staff on quality customer relationships and accountability in building repeat customer base
- Conduct daily and weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, service levels, and inventory
- Communicate sales drivers and priorities to the Store Manager and develop weekly visual presentation action plans
- Analyze store-level reports and create action plans to improve results
- Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Support bench strength development for key positions including possible successors
- Participate in weekly management and staff meetings
- Communicate store and individual sales goals, performance expectations, and results guidance
- Achieve exemplary mystery shop results and deliver outstanding customer journeys
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
- Demonstrated people management experience
- Strong communication abilities with capacity to cultivate team belonging
- Ability to resolve conflict and address unproductive disagreements
