Role & Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions with a genuine welcome, initiating conversations that encourage sales and build brand connection.
• Lead store operations as key holder and leader on duty, including opening and closing procedures, monitoring daily performance, coaching associates, and supporting an exceptional store experience.
• Represent the brand by staying current on its fashion and building lasting customer affinity.
• Process, restock, and remerchandise the sales floor in line with brand vision.
• Demonstrate pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and customers while fostering inclusion and teamwork.
• Support the Store Manager in executing business strategies, driving daily sales goals, overseeing operational functions, maintaining brand standards and visuals, and sustaining a motivated, high-functioning team.

Qualifications

• Friendliness, organization, and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership presence, with the ability to lead by example, manage challenges, proactively resolve issues, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Energy and enthusiasm for shared goals and values.
• Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role with key-holder responsibilities.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
