The Assistant Store Manager leads the sales floor and store operations at Calvin Klein in Sunbury, Ohio, supporting the Store Manager, driving daily sales goals, coaching associates, and upholding brand standards and visuals. The role is full-time and includes opening and closing procedures, customer engagement, merchandising, and team leadership.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions with a genuine welcome, encourage conversations that support sales, and build connections with the brand.
• Lead store operations as key holder and leader on duty, including opening and closing procedures, managing daily performance, coaching associates, and supporting an exceptional store experience.
• Represent the brand by staying current on its fashion and engaging customers to build long-term loyalty.
• Process merchandise, restock, and execute merchandising in line with the brand’s vision.
• Promote pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and its customers while fostering inclusion and teamwork.
• Support the Store Manager in driving performance and maintaining a high-functioning, motivated team.
• Execute business strategies and daily sales goals while fostering a motivating and inclusive team environment.
• Maintain Calvin Klein brand standards and visuals and contribute to the store’s overall business success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
