Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations including opening and closing procedures, day-to-day performance management, and adherence to Calvin Klein brand standards and visuals

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead by example and manage through challenges
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and motivate teams in a retail environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in visual merchandising and brand representation
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds

Experience
Previous retail leadership experience, preferably in an Assistant Manager capacity with key holder responsibilities and demonstrated success in driving store performance and team development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or training is advantageous.
