- Champion diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement initiatives across the store team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail store management experience
- Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods; ability to carry up to 20 pounds
