Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations including opening and closing procedures, managing daily performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging authentically with clientele, inspiring sales conversations, and building lasting brand connections
- Coach, mentor, and manage associate team performance; resolve operational challenges proactively and foster a motivating, inclusive work environment
- Execute business strategies and daily sales goals in collaboration with the Store Manager; maintain accountability for store-level financial performance
- Process inventory, restock merchandise, and execute visual remerchandising initiatives aligned with Calvin Klein's brand vision
- Model brand values and maintain an energetic presence that radiates pride, commitment, and passion for the Calvin Klein brand
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or equivalent leadership role with key holder responsibilities
- Strong leadership presence with demonstrated ability to lead by example, manage through challenges, and ensure smooth daily operations
- Proven capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
- Friendliness, strong organizational and time management skills
- Genuine enthusiasm and energy around shared goals and brand values

Experience
Previous retail leadership experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role with key holder responsibilities required. Experience in luxury retail or fashion is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certifications are a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 31.70 per hour.
