Calvin Klein is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Watertown Brands Outlet team to support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales, managing store operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role includes hands-on shop-floor leadership, KPI performance, recruitment, mentoring, stock management and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Store Manager to help lead the team, drive sales and maintain an energetic store environment.
- Provide hands-on leadership on the shop floor, inspire the team and ensure customers receive a strong store experience.
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store, including team leadership and store operations.
- Build a strong sales culture and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory and/or management experience in customer service or retail apparel.
- Experience achieving KPIs, including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average transaction value, shrinkage and mystery shops.
- Excellent communication skills and extensive people-management skills, with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team.
- Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Vibrant, energetic and authentic, with a positive attitude.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
