Calvin Klein seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead sales-floor service, store operations, team coaching, and daily sales performance while maintaining brand standards and visual presentation. The role requires prior retail assistant-management or similar key-holder leadership experience, plus availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; flexible scheduling is offered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor and deliver a customer experience aligned with Calvin Klein’s brand point of view.
- Contribute to store business performance and uphold brand standards and visual presentation.
- Oversee key operational functions and support the Store Manager in driving performance and maintaining a motivated team.
- Execute business strategies and daily sales goals while fostering an inclusive team environment.
- Welcome customers, initiate conversations that support sales, and build brand connection.
- Lead store operations, including opening and closing procedures, day-to-day performance management, associate coaching, and delivery of an exceptional store experience.
- Represent the brand and its fashion to customers, building lasting customer affinity.
- Process, restock, and remerchandise products in line with the brand’s vision.
- Demonstrate pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and its customers while supporting inclusion and teamwork.
Qualifications

- Strong leadership presence and the ability to lead by example, manage challenges, resolve issues proactively, and ensure smooth daily operations.
