Calvin Klein Jeans seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its Munich Pasing store to support the Store Manager, lead and develop the team, deliver client service and oversee store operations, inventory and sales-floor management. The role is full-time and includes a bonus system, six weeks of annual leave, training and career opportunities, employee benefits and mental health support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support and represent the Store Manager.
- Represent Calvin Klein Jeans as a brand ambassador.
- Motivate the team and nurture emerging talent.
- Onboard and develop new employees.
- Oversee all store operations.
- Use the store’s omnichannel systems.
- Serve existing clients and build relationships with new clients.
- Ensure efficient inventory management and active floor management.
- Collaborate with specialist departments, including Retail Operations, Retail Buying and Visual Merchandising.
