Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store teams to generate sales, maximize profit, minimize losses, and create a premium customer experience while maintaining visual distinctiveness and impeccable standards
- Identify growth opportunities and improve performance through cross-functional collaboration
- Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards on the sales floor and back room
- Communicate with the visual merchandising team to ensure clarity and alignment between VM and store operations
- Partner with the store management team to build business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives
- Build quality customer relationships and develop repeat clientele through exceptional, spirited service
- Conduct daily and weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory
- Communicate sales drivers and priorities to the Store Manager, developing strategies to maximize business and maintaining weekly visual presentation action plans
- Analyze store-level reports and create actionable improvement plans
- Support manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of store personnel from diverse backgrounds and perspectives
- Work with the Store Manager to build succession pipelines for key positions
- Participate in weekly management and staff meetings
- Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals, key performance expectations, and performance guidance to staff
- Deliver exceptional customer journeys and achieve exemplary mystery shop results

- Previous supervisory or specialist role experience in a premium or luxury brand environment
