Calvin Klein seeks an experienced Assistant Store Manager to drive sales floor excellence and operational success at its Leesburg, Virginia retail location. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and energize customer interactions, sparking genuine conversation that inspires sales and builds lasting brand connection
- Oversee store operations as key holder, including opening and closing procedures, daily performance management, and coaching associates
- Maintain and execute visual merchandising standards aligned with Calvin Klein's brand vision, including processing, restocking, and remerchandising
- Support the Store Manager in driving strategic business performance and maintaining a high-functioning, motivated team environment

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead by example, manage through challenges, and resolve issues proactively
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build brand affinity
- Organizational and time management skills with attention to visual and operational detail
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds
