Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store teams to generate sales and profit while minimizing losses and creating optimal customer experiences, ensuring visual distinction and immaculate store maintenance

- Analyze store-level reports and create action plans to improve results
- Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring; recruit diverse talent from varied backgrounds and experiences
- Build bench strength with Store Manager for key positions and identify potential successors
- Participate in weekly management and staff meetings
- Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals, performance expectations, and results; provide guidance for performance improvement
- Deliver exemplary customer journeys and achieve excellence in mystery shop assessments
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of progressive retail experience
- Minimum 2 years of store management experience in the service or retail industry
- Strong people management and team leadership capabilities
- Ability to resolve conflict and manage unproductive disagreements

- Ability to work effectively with change and adapt quickly to evolving priorities
