Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor by showcasing and promoting the Calvin Klein brand with genuine customer engagement
- Execute opening and closing procedures, manage day-to-day store operations, and oversee key operational functions
- Coach and support retail associates while maintaining a high-functioning, motivated team environment
- Drive daily sales goals and execute business strategies to contribute to overall store business success
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, process inventory, restock and remerchandise in alignment with brand vision
- Model brand ambassador behavior by staying current with product knowledge and radiating pride in the brand
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
- Strong leadership presence with ability to lead by example, manage through challenges and resolve issues proactively
- Friendliness, organization and strong time management skills
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds

Previous retail leadership experience as an Assistant Manager or equivalent role with key holder responsibilities and demonstrated ability to manage store operations and lead a sales team.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training or certification is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.16 to USD 27.47 per hour.
