Calvin Klein is hiring an Assistant Store Manager at Kildare Village to lead store teams, drive sales and profit, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold visual and operational standards. The role supports business planning, recruitment, team development, performance analysis, and customer loyalty.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to generate sales and profit, minimize losses, deliver an excellent customer experience, and keep the store visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration.
• Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards across the sales floor and back room.
• Partner with the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication and understanding between the team and store staff.
• Partner with the store management team to develop business opportunities and meet company standards and objectives.
• Promote strong relationships with internal and external customers, and hold staff accountable for building repeat clientele through exceptional service.
• Conduct daily and weekly store walkthroughs, evaluating product performance, pricing, service levels, and inventory.
• Report sales drivers, issues, and priorities to the Store Manager to develop strategies that maximize business; ensure weekly visual presentation action plans are in place.
• Analyze store-level reports and create action plans to improve results.
• Support manpower planning and the identification, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of store personnel from a broad range of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds.
• Work with the Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions, including potential successors.
• Participate in weekly management and other staff meetings.
• Communicate store and individual sales goals and key performance expectations to staff; share results and provide guidance on improving performance.
• Deliver an excellent customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery shop results.

Qualifications

• A track record in supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand, with the ability to connect with consumers.
• Previous people management experience and the ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements purposefully.
• Effective communication and the ability to foster a sense of belonging.
• Collaborative approach, recognizing and celebrating others’ contributions and achievements.
• Confidence in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioural change.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work at pace.
• Energy and the ability to inspire trust and maintain a clear presence on the shop floor.
• A can-do approach to issues and the ability to make informed decisions and find in-store solutions.
