Assistant Store Manager at Calvin Klein Florentia Village Outlet, Istanbul. PVH seeks an experienced supervisor to lead retail operations, sales coaching, and store performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the selling process to create a positive, welcoming environment and enhance customer experience
- Set and communicate daily customer service goals, emphasizing responsiveness and satisfaction metrics
- Train, coach, and provide continuous feedback to the sales team on standards, service delivery, and time management
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using company reports to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to optimize display effectiveness and evaluate impact on sales performance
- Support the Store Manager in team recruitment, development, and performance management
- Facilitate morning briefings to cascade company content and communication to the team
- Coordinate stock and back office operations to ensure optimal inventory provision and product mix
- Implement safety measures for merchandise security on the sales floor and in the stockroom
- Conduct regular stock checks and communicate inventory information to the team
- Maximize sales through analytical merchandise management and trend analysis reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a structured retail environment
- Proficiency with RFID inventory systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English and Turkish
